That’s the date today. I tried really, really hard to get this going yesterday but I guess it wasn’t meant to be. I like today’s date better anyway. Four seven in Hebrew means the perfecting of the gates.
The gate in my garden is falling apart. I fenced part of my garden some years back to keep out the granddoggies and critters.
My husband saw my “pathetic excuse for a gate” and built a lovely one on real hinges out of real wood and wire and it was perfect. As in four seven — the perfecting of the gates.
But the bunnies found a way in anyway and now with the gate just barely attached even the granddoggies can get in.
It’s April and planting time and any day now my gate is going to fall apart. I think it’s a good time to ask Mr. Wonderful to do something about that. He’s an artist who denies he’s an artist but good grief, some of the stuff he does is plenty amazing!
And therein lies the problem. Instead of a simple fix on my garden gate, he’ll want to build something new and make it even more amazing but it will take a long time because he’s busy building a swingset for the grandgirlies for their birthdays.
Bunnies really like spinach. Did you know that?
